Quaker State Oil Change

These guys are the best! I came in for a much-overdue oil change, and got the whole winter-ready engine flush, filter changes, etc. for a great price. They care about the service they provide. 10/10 would recommend!

I called to make an appointment and they said they serve on first come first serve basis. Fine. They are supposed to open at 9am but the guy next door said they don't open until about 10. Fine. I had to leave and come back. I get there at 10:15 and had to wait for service. One of the cars was done and I was behind them so the guy that works there waived me away to have someone that was there earlier but in a different line go next. Fine, seems fair. I came back later around 11:40 and again, 2 cars being served, I was next in line. Another car comes and gets in the other lane. That lane finishes before mine and the same guy that waived me off earlier let that person that just got there to go next. Then the next car. I'm behind a car that is taking close to an hour and 2 cars that came aft
