We always use Quality Auto for inspections and repairs. They are honest, reasonable, thorough, and fast with their work. Bruce and his team are stand-up guys, and I think trust is the most important quality when dealing with auto repair. We have used them for a number of years and will continue with them.

When my car was inspected the only evidence I found that it had been inspected was the checklist and a new sticker. They even put it in the same spot that I left it. I know that circumstance because it could have had other cars parked there but pretty cool.

I’ve been to this shop twice now, and both times I’ve had an excellent experience. They were accommodating, responsive, and got the work done promptly. I really appreciate their honesty—they explained what needed to be done without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Pricing was very fair, and the whole process felt straightforward and trustworthy. It’s great to have a mechanic I can count on, and I’ll definitely be back when I need service again.
