Really unhappy. We have a van that had a fuel pump problem about 6 months ago. My technician was familiar with Quality and recommended their services. The price was acceptable and the repair was done fairly quickly. Last week, we had the same issues with the van (fuel problem) and called. The woman said they do not warranty their fuel pumps and that if it's a fuel pump issue, we would have to purchase and have installed another one. After complaining, the woman said that she would have the owner call. We haven't heard from him at all. We took the van to another shop and, of course, the fuel pump is bad. This mechanic said that the previous fuel pump should have been under warranty. I have no confidence in Quality Automotive; will never use them again and highly recommend you find

Rips u off!!! Told me that my car was scap and he'd give me $200 for it. It's a 2002 mercury Mountaineer, fully loaded AWD. All it needed was a fuel pump and he told me that the diagnostics showed that the whole computer was screwed and will take thousands to fix. I brought it home, dropped the tank, put a new pump in, and it fired right up!

Horrible service and the owner is shady. They actually bought my car from someone else because it was sitting in a friends yard and they passed away and the friend that inherited its drug addict wife called and sold it to Katie who drives the rollback for drug money
