should've read these reviews beforehand. Third time going for lava wash and like every time the wheels are dirty. My seats were still dirty and the guy said they dont clean them with lava package, the next up is $75 package. This place is a total waste of money.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They have a sign outside saying they were voted best in essex county- yeh right!!This is the worst car wash in the city/county/state.. you get it. They didnt vacuum, wipe down or even attempt to actually clean the car. When I pointed it out, the "team leader" he explained that Full Service is a light vacuum and air blow only. If I wanted to have them thoroughly vacuum I should've gotten a different "package". The thing I'm actually most upset by is the fact I cant give them ZERO stars. Come on Google - step it up!! Haha

UPDATE: Used my gift card today and the wash, vacuuming, cleaning, drying, and cab fragrance spray was a 5 star service. It seems they are back to being as good as they were in the years I went there regularly. KUDOS to Quality Car care. 2 thumbs up. I stopped going to this Car Wash May of 2025. Like many reviews say, the service is terrible, the staff doesn't care about doing a good job drying, vacuuming. The Full-service package and the Silver package not worth the $$$. WHY am I writing this review now you might ask? My grandson bought me a gift card to this car wash as a "secret Santa" gift. I didn't have the heart to tell him I don't go there anymore. I will go for Exterior wash only now and they better do a good job wiping my car down and cleaning the wheels.

***WORST***WORST***WORST*** Stay Away. Do not waste your money. Quality Carwash is anything but “QUALITY.” Paid $39.99 for the so-called Lava wash plus $4.35 in credit card fees — $44.34 total — and received one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had. The interior was completely ignored. No vacuuming, dirt still on the dashboard, screen, door sides and steering wheel. Absolutely nothing was cleaned. The exterior was just as careless — no proper towel drying, water spots everywhere, and the car was left looking unfinished. Charging premium prices for this level of lazy service is unacceptable. If you’re going to charge almost $45, at least pretend to care. Save your money and go somewhere else. Places like this don’t stay in business long.

I haven’t been to this car wash in awhile, but it was convenient for me today. Should have read the recent reviews before going! I went with the lava wash, hoping that my not too dirty car would be sparkling when it was done. That’s a hard no, it barely looks like it was rinsed down with a hose: Not even sure if they touched the tires, Vacuuming seems to be non existent, half of windshield is still dirty, barely dried the car, so now there are watermarks everywhere, Lava wash is supposed to include a trunk vacuum and seat cleaning (no I didn’t expect all of the hair to be gone, but trying would have been nice) COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!
