Quality GM Parts Department

BUYER BEWARE - SCAM ALERT. Over a week ago I placed an order for car parts, they never mailed anything, car never got fixed, and I'm fighting with them to get a refund. They do not provide a phone number, they do nothing more than create a tracking number, but they never mail anything. You have to report them to Mastercard or Visa as well as your bank. I filed a complaint with the Texas & New Mexico Attorney Generals office against them. Still have no product or refund. BUYER BEWARE - SCAM ALERT.

Ordered the passenger side turn signal assembly, this group sent the drivers side turn signal assembly. Informed them of their mistake. They tried to tell me I needed a fog light. Sent them photos of what I ordered they then asked me to return the wrong part they sent them sent me a link for the correct part and jacked up the price by $50.00 Then ended the email telling me there is now a core charge on the part I needed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY Too bad they can’t live up to the great reputation of GM Stephen Cannizzaro

I didn't check the reviews before...BIG MISTAKE It looks like I will have the same problem as all the complaints made here.....delay and no response. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered today, 25MARC22. I already sent an email, audio message... and no response. I look forward to having my problem resolved soon. I report here the final result. Good luck to everyone and I DO NOT recommend buying from this store.... FINAL RESULT 30marc22, I received the parts, it was not on time. With feedback described with NEVER MIND by the owner...LOL!. My recommendation is that you improve the communication channel and provide quick responses so as not to create a misunderstanding during the after-sales process.
