I brought my 2005 Winnebago to Gary to have the engine and chassis looked at for my peace of mind. He replaced the serpentine belt, checked the brakes, and looked it all over... a thumbs up result!. His recently RV Certified son Garrett (a real asset!) diagnosed the check engine light and recommended a solution. I'll be back for some engine work, paint work, and interior work over the next few months. I found an all around solution with Quality Motor Coach.

Gary and Lisa are a delight to work with. I bought a used motor coach that was in excellent condition. Gary knew a partial history of this coach and when a couple minor problems were encountered - as is not uncommon when owning an RV - Gary drove 40 min at 7 in the morning to fix them/help solve them (one was operator error but hard to fix over the phone) just to help us get on our way on time. I now refer anyone I know interested in buying an RV to Gary because of his personal commitment to his buyers, depth of mechanical knowledge, and business model in which he only buys RVs for his lot that he would buy for himself/his family. Worked with Gary and Lisa and both were a pleasure. Had a transmission along with standard RV issues and they worked hard to get us the Jayco Melbourne RV we own back in a timely manner. Gary went above and beyond to resolve all the issues. Their pricing is certainly better than going to the big RV dealers and I think you are paying for his experience and quality of work. This was my first visit to Quality Motor Coach and we were very pleased. Lisa is a pleasure and quite competent also.

Gary was outstanding to work with from the first call I made to inquire about a coach he had for sale. The descriptions and pictures were very helpful and spot on. When we hit a snag in the 11th hour, Gary went above and beyond to get the deal done and we flew to Florida from Michigan to get our new motorhome! The hospitality by Gary and his wife Brenda was outstanding and my family is overjoyed with the new addition to our family!!
