Quality Service Shop

I recommend them to anyone who lives near Graham!!!! My daughter was 4 hrs away from home when her car overheated. I called Quality Car Care who was unbelievably helpful. They gave me a contact for someone to tow it, and they told me they would be able to look at it same day. Later that afternoon they had already diagnosed the issue and ordered a part. We weren’t able to pick it up for a few days, but when we did they had it completed and ready to go. There was no hassle, the pricing was 100% affordable, and they were super informative from beginning to end. If we lived closer I would absolutely use them for all my car needs! I cannot thank them enough for EVERYTHING!! Oh and I forgot to mention I left my CC there and they found it, called me and are mailing it back. They are my h

Luis and Walter are the kindest, most trustworthy mechanics I have ever met. They are knowledgeable about all different types of cars, and are both thorough and speedy. They charge far less than previous mechanics I went to in the area, and once we became regular customers, they even refused to take payments for minor check-ups and dent repairs. As someone that knows embarrassingly little about how cars work, I feel incredibly grateful to have found mechanics who don't try and take advantage of my ignorance.

They are AMAZING! great prices, super reliable, and super informative. I've never been somewhere where they've been in it for the customer and not just the money. I'll be back for here for my car needs! Thank you again for the quick service to my vehicle!

Luis and Walter are my favorite mechanics around. I send everyone I know there. They are both so kind and trustworthy. If there is some way that I can fix it cheaper, or myself, they always help me to do that. They get my highest recommendation.

I needed my box truck checked out and I wanted new brakes put on the front. They helped me on the spot and they are very happy to help. I am going to have all of my work done here now.
