My tires were so bare and I was in Anchorage for an appointment during a snowstorm. These guys were right around the corner and had the right size at an extremely reasonable price and could do it immediately. Go there!

Called ahead to find out about installing my new tires to my Tacoma. Told to come in at my convenience. Great service, nice people and the quote to install my 4 tires was within pennies. Fast service and had me out the door in 45 minutes. By the way, the owner has a great dog in the guest area, if you need emotional support while your vehicle is being worked on you would have a great companion! Will recommend these folks in the future, great service, spot on quote and fast turn around. Made my day.

We’ve gone here for about 3.5 years for tire changeovers and have had great experiences in the past. However this last time, we had to bring both cars back to have things fixed after the tire changes. One vehicle had a tire that was slowly leaking air and we paid to have it fixed. Our other vehicle had 3 tire pressure sensors stop working the same day they changed the tires, so we had to pay $300 to get those fixed. We were not having any tire pressure sensor problems prior to the tire change…. Also, the interior of one of the vehicles was so dirty when I picked it up- see photos included. The front staff are always so nice and we’ve had great experiences in the past, but we were really disappointed with the way these situations were handled this go around. Went to purchase summer tire from them found out that they gave me 2 studless winter tire and gave me really old 10+ year summer tire. Also make sure you check for any missing bolt when you get your tire change; found out the hard way that I had missing bolt on my winter tires and they also charged me $95 dollar for an unfinished job.
