Quality Towing and Auto Repair

I dropped my vehicle off at this shop expecting clear communication and basic professionalism. Instead, they kept it for an entire month without fixing a thing. I was explicitly told I would be informed of the total cost for parts and labor before any work began — yet parts were installed without my consent, and I was never provided a quote or even a clear explanation of what had been done. Over the course of several weeks, I made multiple calls trying to get updates, and every time I was met with vague answers and zero accountability. When I finally showed up in person to tow the car home, I was accused of lying about what they had said over the phone and was told, “just do it yourself.” If that’s their attitude, what’s the point of running a repair shop in the first place? Called yesterday about them picking up our truck! Then called twice today, they were going to be here by 1:30 and it's now 2:45! Tried calling several times with no answer!! No return phone call! Not sure I'm going to let them near my truck!!

Truck made a pop and then I couldn't move called for a tow and instead he showed me the problem and fixed it, after I asked if we owed anything and all he asked for was a good review so I'm giving he the best all star review I can, he was fast to get to me quick to fix the problem and the best for showing and teaching me how to fix it if it happens again. Absolutely awesome guy will definitely call for help again.

They sent a rollback which was the wrong tow truck they should've brought a smaller one that pulls the vehicle behind. And for that I had to wait for quality towing to bring back another truck for my accident.

These gentlemen were extremely helpful and courteous when I got my car stuck in the snow in a really bad curve. They even went above and beyond to assist me in getting my car past the remaining bad curve that I was concerned about on my way home. I would absolutely recommend Quality Towing going forward. I greatly appreciate their help and kindness.
