Quality Towing

I know what towing cost and how its billed, I ran garage for many years. My Ex-wife needed her car towed to my home shop from work which is next door to Quality towing. Instead of sending my normal towing service from here to get it, since it was next door to towing company I have her just call them to make it simple. To tow car from their lot 14.6 miles they charged her, I think being a woman 150.00 dollars, then brought car on a wrecker, not even a roll back. I Checked will several other towing companies after the fact just to make sure I was right. 2 other people I have used in the past would have done it for 100.00 bucks, and my guy that lives right up road would have done it for 85.00. They just took advantage of a women. Do not call them, Call Whiteheart and Sons, or Horns Garage or

They have horrible communication. They tell you they'll be at your location, don't show up and won't even communicate that they won't be there like a legitimate business. Hope to never see them again. Wouldn't even recommend them to my dog. Edit: It's been day.. what.. 4 days? And we should take y'all to small claims court because you all haven't finished a service. You all lied to my parents about putting their car in the driveway when we've already paid for services. If you can't do it, just communicate that, but stop telling us you'll be right over and DON'T EVEN SHOW UP. Neanderthals.

They were horrible, rude and con artist!!! They came I. The middle of the night like a thief because they want you to pay to get your stuff out of your car calling it a gate fee!!! They are don't know how to speak to people. They say the are open 24/7 but the gate is only open from 10-3 and you have to make an appointment. I've never been around such shady disgusting people and the people who hire them must've been awful themselves to hire them!!!

Refuses any payment except cash, which is potentially illegal, though I'm not sure- I'm getting conflicting answers there. They overcharge drastically as well. Rude, stupid, and unpleasant. A shady company with shady practices. I suspect any recent positive reviews to be fake. Do not use them. I have placed a report with the BBB as I know others have.

These people take the items out of your car and charge you $100 in cash to get them back even your license plates don’t do buisness with them there some scammers
