Quality Tune-Up

Needed five spark plugs replaced, check engine light was on, and I was definitely in a bind. These guys were able to get me in, they were very transparent about their pricing, and ended up getting my car back to me sooner than expected. Will definitely make this my spot in the future for any car trouble

Had my car here for a while but after getting it back it sounds and runs much better. They fixed the wiper blade that had been broken/detached, no charge. I didn't know it, I turned my wipers on and they both moved instead the one. Kept up to date on estimate and timeline. Great work.

I ve been going to Quality automotive for a while now for oil changes and repairs, smogs Etc. TodayI went there and was very surprised by the response of the young lady behind the counter when I called them on not greasing my front end grease fitting. She stated that they dont do that anymore as the fitting are all sealed. Thats true if it’s a newer vehicle, but mine is a 2001 GMC sierra. It has possible 5 grease nipples that need grease. When I told I would be sure to put that in a review to warn other with older vehicles, that they may not be getting a complete service, she became very defensive and told me my one bad review didn’t mean anything and that she didn’t care if I went somewhere else. Great little place. Quick and efficient oil changes and drop ins are normally just as quick as an appointment. I started going to this place originally because it had great reviews and is Veteran Owned and am staying a customer because if their great customer service, professionalism and mechanical knowledge.

Called and spoke to the lady Jeanae in the front office about an oil change. She advised me that there was no wait at the moment I had told her I was about 15 minutes away as I pulled up she came outside to get my car information and they brought me right in. Did my oil change in about 25 minutes love this place
