I highly recommend Quality Wheelz for mobile RV repairs in the Hot Springs, AR area. Quality Wheelz provided timely service for a brake repair on my travel trailer, replacing all 4 brake assemblies and drums. They sent a technician to my campsite near Hot Springs to diagnose the issue the day I called them (Tuesday), then worked with the trailer manufacturer to get the repair parts shipped to their shop by Friday. Brandon, the repair technician, came back to my campsite on Saturday to complete the repair so I could be on the road again on Sunday. Brandon was courteous, professional, and a technical matter expert. He also went above and beyond to do the repair on off-hours so I could get back on the road.

These guys are the best! We came up through Hot Springs in our RV and needed brakes and an oil change. We decided to throw on new shocks, also. We have a 25 year old rig, so not your run of the mill job, but Randy, Steve and their crew got us back on the road ASAP! Even pointed out some other concerns! 👍 We travel with our parrot, Rainy, who was also anxious to get back on the road! Hello to Rick and Ezariah! Thank you for making our visit complete! We have an Aquahot, which is a pain in the neck, Randy and Brandon worked with me to get it up and going again quickly so that we had heat and hot water again. I’m very happy with the fast and friendly, knowledgeable service we received. I would definitely recommend Quality Wheelz!

Steve, Brandon and the crew at Quality Wheelz were more than helpful. Not only did they help repair my RV while stranded at Lake Catherine SP, they did it courteously, quickly and with great expertise. I cannot recommend this group of great service people more.

While visiting Hot Springs in our class B van, we suspected that we had a propane leak because we noticed the odor. We looked up local RV dealers and decided to try Quality Wheelz and we are glad we did. Randy greeted us in the parking lot when we pulled in. It was 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. After explaining our issue, Randy informed us that the service department was closed until Monday but volunteered to grab an electronic gas detector and see if we could find where the problem was. Randy proceeded to locate the leak. Even though we could not fix the leak at the time, we were able to shut off the tank valve to prevent any further danger until we could get it serviced. If we were still in town, we would definitely go back for more service. Thank you Randy. You are awesome and we are gl
