Fair prices and good work! In response to Josh’s review. A lot of that made no sense. First off, the shop closes at 5p (that’s gates and all) therefore how on earth did you supposedly drop off a vehicle after 9p?? Secondly you stated no one was there but in the very next sentence said that while you were waiting on the customer that you witnessed the owner being mean to his child 🤷‍♀️ Just trying to figure it all out

Customer paid me to tow their vehicle to the shop. Customer called me a few weeks later asking me why the shop was holding there car for ransom told me a tow bill was due. I drove myself up to the shop in Salem while I was waiting on the owner of the vehicle to get back. The owner of the shop I think his name is Jason refused to release the vehicle even after me telling him that the customer already paid me and I never charged the shop. The owner also could not produce receipts for said tow bill when I had receipts for the customer paying with credit card. For one I never have never charged a shop for a tow that is on the customer and I will get my money before I drop the car.
