BEWARE! The absolute worse shop i have ever used, Got an estimate of $65xx, had a written agreement on $68xx then went $1000 over the agreement and was not told until time to pick up the car. Paint had runs, overspray, and so much dirt it looked like it was painted in the yard. Took it back to fix the issues and they poorly attempted to fix the issues and now most issues still there and left buffer swirls and burn marks all over the car. Their "COMPLETE REPAIR AND REPAINT" left the car needing an additional $12k+ worth of repairs to fix their unrepaired dents and shop caused Damage! Refused to give an itemized bill to prove what and where the $1k+ overcharge was for. Do not go here unless you want to take it to a different shop and have to pay way more to fix their mistakes, including but not limited to: dirt in the paint, hail damage not addressed, runs in the paint, and damage to a brand new fender. They will also do work without your permission, then not be able to provide an itemized list for the work. This is the place to be if you want to be disrespected while telling them where you find issues with their work. They will refuse to look you in the eye and start cutting you off. They are very discriminatory against women and disabled people. They absolutely destroyed the paint on my car out of spite for pointing out their mistakes. They also ruined my defroster on my back window and left compound all over the outside and INSIDE of my car. Completel

Very disappointing experience here. I do not recommend doing business here unless you want to take your vehicle back multiple times and still end up having to take it else where to get it done right.

These guys are amazing.. They go the xtra mile for there customers.. They also helped me deal with my ins company as well... And if your looking for a great place to buy a quality clean low mile vehicle Hills Auto sales in salem ar are great to deal with and have the finest vehicles .....
