From the moment I pulled in, I noticed they now have a high-tech camera checkpoint system (looks like UVeye) that scans your car as you enter. It’s super reassuring because it helps document any pre-existing damage — great for transparency and peace of mind. The service team was friendly, efficient, and professional. The whole process felt smooth and well-organized. There’s even a vending area with drinks if you need to wait. Really impressed with the use of technology and how they’re prioritizing customer trust. I love Queensboro Toyota, since 2021, my RAV4 is amazing, didn’t have problems. Service is great I take my car here every 6 months. An agent gave me wrong information that led me to trade in my car for a new one ( in the photo). It’s great, tho I didn’t see what I’m looking for. I complained and they addressed it accordingly. Mr Wilson, the manager even gave me a great option, backed by the General manager. Now I’m happy! I’m holding on to their promise coming up soon!

The Toyota repair shop in Queens is inefficient and wastes customers' time. I brought my car in for repairs and was told it would be completed that day. However, the actual repair process took much longer than promised, and I didn't get my car back until the afternoon of the following day. During this time, I repeatedly inquired about the progress, only to be told "it will be ready soon" or "it's still being inspected," but no one proactively informed me of the specific reason for the delay or the estimated completion time. Because of the delay, my daily work and life schedule were severely disrupted, forcing me to spend extra time and effort repeatedly communicating with the shop and incurring unnecessary transportation costs. The front desk clearly had no service and after it was clocking out time everyone just ran no one came me help me no one go to this shop it's service is the worst
