In a world of automated phone lines and outsourced customer service, Quest is a welcome relief and a great place to do business. It’s a family owned shop and the owners are there every day in the front office, helping customers. They will be friendly, helpful and keep your car maintained at a fair price. I’ve been taking my truck here for service for 5+ years now. It’s been a great experience. I have an older, but low miles and great condition Tundra, and they guide me through what is important to keep it in good condition. I appreciate these guys, honestly, it’s such a relief to find a good shop with fair prices where you just don’t have to worry or second guess what they say (unlike dealers…). Highly recommend Quest auto! I called to get a second opinion quote on a tie rod replacement and alignment and they were able to give me a ballpark estimate over he phone that was lower than the (chain) mechanic shop that gave me the first quote. They were also honest about what needed to get done and what was not as urgent. As a result, I will be returning to quest for any future maintenance and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you!

Best mechanic I have ever used. I highly recommend using them. I took both my cars to get serviced and they gave me fair and reasonable quotes. They even reduced the price of one because it took less labor hours, I have never heard of a mechanic doing that. The second car had an issue, and they took the extra step of figuring out that this issue was under warranty and I could get it done for free at the dealership, instead of from them. For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars and always feels like the mechanic is trying to scam me, I truly felt they had my best intentions and were just trying to do honest work and help people with their cars.

I had a fantastic experience using this shop. I highly recommend calling this shop the next time you need service on your vehicle. Joe is honest, straight to the point, and works hard to find the best deal for parts/labor. I had brought my Tundra in the shop for a sound in the suspension that a different shop could not find. Quest Auto found the issue, and Joe came up with a plan for repairs very quickly. I really appreciate you guys. I feel that great customer service is rare anymore.

This establishment is known for its honesty. Joe and Zach assisted me with servicing my son's 2014 Audi Q7, including new front brakes, an oil change, and new spark plugs and tune-up. They were able to accommodate us during my son's spring break when time was limited. Joe gave me heads up on what to keep an eye on while this vehicle ages. Thank you, guys!
