10/10 everytime i come to them and great work and customer service, they did my emblems for me on my car and a replacement on my front grill also painted the crash bar behind the grill and all came out perfect.

Quest Collision Center presents a mixed bag when it comes to customer service and efficiency. While I arrived on time for my appointment, the experience left much to be desired in terms of wait times and organizational structure. The owner, who handles estimates personally, seems to be stretched thin. Constant interruptions from phone calls and employee questions significantly extended what should have been a brief visit. I found myself waiting over 40 minutes for what turned out to be a mere 15-minute estimate process. While it's commendable that the boss is hands-on, this approach appears to create a bottleneck in their service flow. I recently bought a new car and was very upset to see that someone let a shopping cart scrape all the way across my driver side door. There was even an area that was down to the primer. I came in on the Friday before Christmas and I was told that if I brought it in early Tuesday they would have it done the same day. David estimated $60-100 which sounded fair to me. I just picked my car up today, and it looks beautiful. I was also told that I wasn't being charged. Not sure if it's cuz it was easier than he thought or because it's Christmas, but I was amazed and very happy because I was certainly willing to pay for the work that was done. This is the second time we've used Quest. The first time they repaired damage when my husband's car was hit, and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend Que

I would not recommend bringing your car here for repair. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They do not communicate with you until everything is done. I went almost 2 months without a car, and insurance only covers up to 30 days. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates, but there were no callbacks. The only communication at all is when your car is ready, and they want to be paid. I wish I could give 0 stars.

This is my experience with Quest Collison Center you should try them too. My car was unfortunately backed into by one of my station fellow fire fighters one night evening while I was in training. I still don't know how they tore it up the back bumper so bad the car frame was showing but Quest Collison Center made it look like it never happened. I have spoken to pretty much everyone in the office like Sarah who answers the phone most of the time to the owner who was nothing but top notch. It is very rare to find a business with such high ratings but I can tell you from experience they are the best of the best with ratings to prove it. I had them take out the rock Chips and bumper scrapes on the front bumper and hood as well while it was there too. My looks brand new and not 6 six years old
