If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Laura is an absolute nightmare to work with. My parents were trying to update their policy and she cursed my mother out on the phone. When I called to try and rectify the situation, I couldn't get a sentence out before she rudely hung up on me. Zero professionalism and would not recommend. I finally went somewhere else and couldn't be happier with that decision. My parents speak with a heavy accent and I think that's why she treated them this way. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I will be also reporting this to her higher ups. I do not recommend
