I have been a customer since it was Ernest McCarty and before there was a Quick Lane. This Quick Lane has gotten my business for oil changes and tire rotations as long as it has been open for my Fords and other makes, also. I went in today and got an oil change and tire rotation. This was a full synthetic oil. The bill was $131! I have never paid even close to $100. I paid with a check to avoid the 2.85% credit card processing fee. I was already aggravated as when I scheduled the appointment I specifically asked about a transmission fluid change. The response I got was that it could be done through Quick Lane. This morning I was told it would depend whether or not the transmission guy could get to it. I am probably thankful he couldn’t get to it. This will be my last service here. Thi
Came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and boy am I glad I had an extra 3 hours (and counting) to kill today. Won’t be coming back….that is, if I ever get out of here
They have always been helpful and have done good work. If you need more then oil and tires though go to Long Lewis they are in the same building.
