Quick Lane at Apple Ford of Lynchburg

Use your ford points for better prices and deals. Great dealership. Knowleadgable staff. Great services but kind of pricey. They do great work thpugh.

Took my truck in for tires. Darrell is excellent to work with he found a few issues with a few parts. They got everything fixed in a timely manner! Will definitely be back in the future.

I had an oil change, went to leave and my check engine light was on!! Wasn’t on before!! They said technition said it was on when he got it!! Wasn’t stated on my paperwork!! They could bring it back in and do a diagnostic!!$$ I asked why I wasn’t asked about it and they told me it had nothing to do with the oil change that was being done!! I have a certificate from Plymouth!! Granted it was from 1977, but customer service is still along the same lines!! If you see a problem say something, or ask!!

Customer service is always friendly and they do their best to work with you. It is best to call and schedule an appointment at least a week before you need it. Since Covid walk ins have been very difficult. This is the only place in Lynchburg that I trust to do maintenance on my F-150 and they have not let me down yet.

The team at Apple Ford is absolutely amazing! They make the car buying experience an exciting and painless process!
