Quick Lane at Freeway Ford

To say this “Quick Lane” Auto Center at Ford is Fantastic is an understatement!!! Not to mention I own a Lexus so that’s saying something!!! To go further, at no time did they ever try to sell me something I didn’t need, suggesting new break pads can really wait a year. Where can you go anymore and get an honest mechanic - NO WHERE! Then they were of the highest integrity to refer me out to another reputable shop on a more complex repair. Whatever make or model you own bring you car here for repairs, you can put your confidence in them!!! The sign on the side of the freeway is true - great bunch of guys!!!

This service center lies and steals from their customers. They are charging people to reset the Battery Monitoring System. First off, if the battery monitor was working we would have known the battery was about to die, instead of abruptly finding it to be dead one morning. Second the car does this by itself if it sits for 8hours; you can also do this manually in the car if your car comes with such a system. The manual makes no mention of such a system. There’s no need to charge people for this malarkey. To add icing to the cake. Last year they tried to charge 2500 dollars, in parts alone, to replace the cats. GUESS WHAT - issues with the emissions control system is covered by the government. IT IS FREE!! Look up 8/80 Federal Emissions Warranty I had to walk them through the literal LAW

The temperature in Denver dipped to -10*F. My diesel filters froze up. I guess one of them separates the water from the diesel. You’re supposed to change diesel filters at 25,000 miles but I didn’t know till my truck gave me a low fuel pressure warning. I didn’t even call this place I just showed up right when they opened and asked them if they could get me in. They got me in pretty quick. The guy told me to expect it to take 1.5 hours because I had them do an oil change and both diesel filter changes. He was done in an hour maybe a little less. Truck hasn’t had light on since and it’s been 4 days.
