I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here. The service is lacking, and their practices are questionable. I brought my Ford Fusion in only for a diagnostic because my warranty required one before they could approve any repairs. The shop told the warranty company that I needed a whole new engine, and quoted $11,000 for the replacement which is ridiculous considering the car isn’t even worth that much. So, of course, the warranty said no. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they told me quote on quote “While we were removing the spark plugs, one of them broke. You can either pay us $750 to extract and replace it, or take the car as-is on a trailer since it’s no longer drivable.
