Great fast service no complaints. Been going to Quick Lane 23 years for oil changes. Best if you make an appointment for less wait time. I live 10 blocks away so I just drop my car off. Sometimes more convenient to drop car off night before and drop key in drop box.

I can't believe the terrible service they provide and the worst thing is that they are not aware of the parts they damage and not to mention a possible accident when driving out of there. I took my F250 in for a simple alignment when leaving there it was handling terribly when I was waiting in the room I witnessed 2 customers frustrated with their cars and they were problems they didn't have when leaving the car there from what I heard from the owner. I will not trust this place again, they have no idea what they are doing and they don't care how the car leaves there, be aware and look for a place where they have staff with the adequate knowledge.

The service guys are very friendly but the first time I went to get my rear brakes replaced and set there for 3 hours and they didn’t change them, today i booked an 11am oil change showed up at 1045 and sit there for 5 hours. The service lady told another customer an appointment doesn’t guarantee you that time slot. Their overbooking and let countless walk ins go ahead of me. Save your time and book elsewhere!

sure, they change oil. but I've also had 2 great experiences with them on tire service. they swapped my wheels and tires (all of them already mounted & balanced) as part of The Works oil change, which includes rotation.

Quick and easy for regular services. They always ask before doing any work to the the vehicle. Very friendly staff.
