Quick Lane at Sames McAllen Ford

They damaged my skid plate after changing the oil and won't do anything about it. They claim it had to be from a blunt impact afterwards, but there's no impact mark and the tear is shredded, not a clean rip. I had my oil changed on Saturday, and noticed it a few days later after I dropped my keys and had to bend down to get them.

I highly reconmed them for service had a bad experience in burns motor and decided to leave i called and lori awnsered and mention i neded to change the fuel filters for my truck she was able to get me in and was really satisfied with their prices and their work lori was awsome she has great costomer sevice definitely making them my service shop for the future great costomer service they even had awsome movies playing make sure to take answeater it was cold for me in the lobby great place highly recommend them! 👍😊💯

Good customer service. Located next to the dealership. Usually go for the “the works” which includes the oil change. Never had any issues after my vehicle is serviced at this location. Only thing is be sure to get there early. If you get there within the first hour of opening there isn’t much of a wait.

So much for a Quick lane. Asked for the used filters my car had, after all they’re mine, to see how they really are and found out they still have 50% to use. Thank you anyway
