I would never buy a vehicles from Sheehy ever again. I will say that my sales guy was great but that was it. I bought an $80k F150 and from day one the brakes squealed (and still do) not just when braking but while driving. I waited until I had to get my first oil change to have them looked at and when I was checked in I was asked if I was going to wait. I said yes, and they even wrote it on the ticket in big letters WAITING. Four hours later... I went up to the service counter and asked for an update on my vehicle. The guy said he didn't know I was waiting. I pointed to my ticket in front of him and said yes you did, it says it right there. I told him to get my truck. He said they still weren't finished with finding the noise from the brakes. Four hours and they couldn't figure it out? Mo

Why call yourself QuickLane, when you're everything But? QuickLane was designed to compete with Take 5, Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, etc. One should not need an appointment for an oil change. Using your whole service department as a "Quick Lane" defeats the purpose of being a Quick Lane. Don't bother coming here, the "service advisors" are rude from the onset and directed me to a Closed Office with no one in it to make an appointment instead of making one right there at his desk. Worst customer service I've ever had. I was hoping against hope that the negative reviews were wrong. They aren't.

4 days to work on my F250 powerstroke to replace coolant pump and front brakes. Didn’t even top off all my fluids like the ticket said. Worst service I have ever experienced

My VIP oil change and state inspection was performed without issue and done in a reasonable time. I had a 9:30 am appointment and my vehicle service was completed by 10:40 am.
