Quick Lane at Village Ford

STAY AWAY! Scared to drive new vehicle after the “Works” service. I got the works for sure! Tire pressures were not correct after oil change and "inspection". Asked for it to be fixed. Was fixed the second time incorrectly. Brakes were replaced on my 2025 truck under warranty due to visual pitting. Why wasn't this found in my previous brake inspections during the “Works” at 5k and 10k? Brakes were replaced and I do not think there were done properly. I also do not think the premium Syn oil was used as requested. I will be having repairs certified inspected by another dealer. I suggest you do to!

I have used this establishment's services for several years and not had an issue. The last time I used their services will be my last. First was with regards to the shuttle. A major driver for me to go to this place is it is next to work and they'll take me to work and pick me up. No loss in time really. This usually works. Once, after an hour and a half of waiting for the shuttle to return me I walked the 3 miles, it was the end of the day. I call this neutral since the next time I needed a shuttle it was faster than expected, however, after waiting 15-20 minutes I walked it again. I mainly want to warn you the shuttle is a convenience, it might not come for you. I requested work... They did not do the work... But they comped me a rental and gave me a discount on the work. Dropped vehicle off at (NOT) Quick Lane for just an oil change at 9:26 AM and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Came back at 10:15 to check on it/pick up and they could not find the keys or even work order even tell me the status. I asked why he can’t just look in the computer and tell me where it is and he said that was not possible!?? No further help or advice from him other than just to wait for it to show up. How can you run a business this way and not even be able to tell the customer where their vehicle is? If they can’t even get a simple oil change done correctly how do you think any service that’s more detailed will come out? He finally found the keys & work order (that were in the tray behind him the whole time) only to find out they hadn’t even touched it yet. N

I have been to three different Quick Lanes since buying my car a year ago. This one is by far the best! The staff was super friendly and made sure to give me updates on my car while I was waiting, the waiting areas are very nice (there's even a cafe), and they even came by and brought me biscotti. It's the details like this that really impressed me and set Village Ford apart from other places.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Village Ford. Everyone I worked with from the individual I spoke with in the beginning over the phone all the way up to the manager of sales went out of their way to make sure I received the level of service that anyone would expect when purchasing a new vehicle. The financial department did their very best to provide me with the best deal and lowest monthly payments possible. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.
