I just had a terrible experience at Quick Lane consisting of 3 visits to just get my snows put on. Why am I giving them 5 stars? Because none of it was their fault. It is a long saga of centering rings, center caps and lug nuts. Some of the problem was Tire Rack's fault. Some of it was mine. I will say that Quick Lane employees at Van Bortel are friendly, diligent, and do their best to make something that nobody enjoys as painless as possible. I highly recommend them. They get the job done that day, without waiting a week.
