EDIT 10/25/2025: Nevermind, I was never called back. Shay with Quick Lane at Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown was SUPER helpful when I called. I've had issues with other service departments at other Fords, but had 0 issues with Shay. He understood all of my concerns and limitations and seemed to be really knowledgeable and on top of everything.
