Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center at Al Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach

Everyone i dealt with (including the tech) was very polite & knowledgeable. They took the car in at 2:00 for a tire plug and oil change. By 2:40 the car was in the air with the hood open. 3pm the tire was off the car. 3:00 another gentleman came in to pick up his car he dropped off at 130 for an oil change. Its not done or started as of 330. 315 the oil was drained. Its now 330 & my tech is puttting on my oil filter and doing that guys oil change. My tire still isnt back on the vehicle or on the rim. 340 removed the oil filter 345 tire on rim 400 oil in truck on the ground & pulled out. Everything was done as requested, and in a quality manner but the time it took for those two simple procedures was bananas. Price was as quoted

Great service but have to make appointments, they take no walk ins. Only walk ins on Saturday and it’s FCFS, prices are average

I have used Al Packer Quick Lane a couple of times over the years. They used to have a sign that said “No Appointment Necessary” but the four times I came by without an appointment for minor repairs, like oil change and brake light bulb replacement, I was turned away. Today I took my 2016 Mustang, that I bought new from them, for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement. I had a coupon they sent me for oil change and tire rotation for $49.95. I had an appointment. The bill was literally double the advertised amount and I asked them why I was charged so much for wipers and they said I was charged for shop supplies. I said you mean the oil was extra and they said it was for towels and such.

Earlier today I didn’t think I’d be leaving five stars. However, I was upset and I spoke with the manager and he was so understanding and kind. He solved my issue and in the process, earned my business for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend this location.
