Bad place to go. Not only it a bad place to go. I advise you keep your children away from the manager. He has one of those dirty grins on his face. They don't do good jobs there. Work is not double checked. There been a time when a tech did couple of oil changes and not replaced the oil filter. They don't know how to use their machines therefore old fluids are mixed in with the new fluids which is not good.

They don't do good jobs. They only use half the fluid for flushes. Trucks take way more then 2 gallons of coolant also more then 6 quarts of transmission fluid. They also don't use the machine properly. They just suck some fluids out and some in back and forth mixing the the new stuff with the old stuff. A lot of diffs take more then just 2 quarts. They also claim that Ford fluids can go into none ford cars. That'll make a silly story saying their fluid is compatible with other cars just to be cheap and not order the right stuff. That is false. Very false. They don't do test drives on brake jobs they have a low quality alignment rack that not accurate. They also tend to let people go back and forth. Was in town for the Thanksgiving holiday and battled low tire pressure my whole trip from Oklahoma. Beth answered the phone cheerfully and ready to help! She got me an early morning appointment the day before a holiday and kept me informed as to the problems found. Comfortable waiting area with free donuts provided! Definitely will recommend to my family living in Boone!!

Just an oil change was quoted more than "The works" with tire rotation. At around 90+ with tax, that's crazy. It used to be reasonable here, I guess there's a reason an oil change and price are not shown on their prices. Doesn't seem like honest business practices, and there are enough other places around.

Called because one of my tires was low and was not taking air, they said they could get me in right away to check things out. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable waiting room. They ended up patching a small nail hole and cleared out water and ice clogging my valve stem. I was in and out! Great fair prices. Definitely recommend, will go back !
