Quick Lane® Tire & Auto Center of Napa

I scheduled an appointment for a service. Maybe I wasn’t clear but I express to them that I needed a full service and wanted them to check everything to make sure my car was safe. I had an estimate of 1.5 hours. I checked periodically during the service to see if there was any concerns because I assumed some work on tires or alignment would be needed. I don’t know about cars. I explicitly mentioned needing new windshield wipers. I tried to come up with all the things one would need checked in my lack of knowledge. They kept telling me nothing was needed. By the time 1.5 hours passed I asked for a new time estimate and they told me they were waiting on the oil filter I asked for. I just said okay to synthetic because I don’t know what that means so when they said “do you want synthetic?” I

This business doesn’t respect customers’ time! Showed up for 7:30am appointments more than once and had to wait until 8am+ for the business to open. And the sign on their door indicates an opening time of 7:15am! Also, time estimates for work completion are never accurate. Prepare for frustration!

Went in for a small problem and the gentlemen present helped me solve it quick and were very kind. First time going there and will keep going back! Super great job with their amazing customer service.

Ramon was great and the whole team is super helpful! They quickly replaced my brake lights and were incredibly gracious!

Made a appointment for 9am it’s was 10:10 and they still had not started on my car! So I just asked for the keys and left!!! I won’t be going back!!! What makes me even more mad is waiting that long and nothing got done!!
