Quick Lane Tire & Auto of Prince George

I brought my vehicle in for maintenance, and they told me it would take about two hours to complete. They said they would call me when it was ready if I decided to leave it. After two hours, I tried calling multiple times to follow up, but no one answered or returned my voicemail. Since I couldn’t get a response, I went to the shop to check on my vehicle. I saw it parked outside and assumed it was ready, but it wasn’t. They then told me the air filters still needed to be replaced. At that point, I started wondering why didn’t they replace the filters while the car was still in the shop? And why move it outside if the maintenance wasn’t finished? They call themselves Quick Lane, but there was nothing quick about this experience. It was slow and frustrating.

Today, I went in for an oil change. After one hour of waiting, my suv was examined. I was recommended to replace the In-cabin AC filter. I agreed then, the employee said no need, you do not have one to replace. The manager told me the recommendation was based on miles driven. My problem is making a diagnosis of a $70 part without actually checking out the part itself. A diagnosis without having facts or evidence. Extremely poor service!!! Next, the employee said that I had a tire with a nail in and it could not be fixed. I had not noticed any l leaking nor was my sensor light detecting any leakage. I bought the tire insurance package 10 months ago when I bought 4 new tires. I asked if 2 tires would be replaced so that the tires would wear evenly. The manager told me that only one could be

Worst place ever. I’ve been trying to get a state inspection here for the last three days, but it’s been nothing but excuses. I even showed up an hour before they opened, only to be told it’s appointment-only on Saturdays an only for ( oil changes ) —something they don’t make clear up front. That feels like false advertising. Very disappointing experience.

Worse place ever I’ve been trying to get a oil change for the last three days and it excuses I also sat up here for a hour before they open just tell me it appointment only on Saturday but my last oil change I got didn’t have to make an appointment it would of been nice to let me know something instead of having me just sit here for nothing to tell me he can’t get me in but their nobody here

I carry my car too three different places to have my air condition fixed. First place charge me $800 and it lasted 3 days. Carried it to the second place they charge me $500. My neighbor told me about Quick Lane well what do I have to lose. She told me that they do all different kind of work so I carry my car too Quick Lane. They were very professional. They looked at my car and they came back and all it was was a fuse. And it's still working . Thank you Quick Lane.
