Quick Lube

I was supposed to get an oil change and filter replacement. I didn’t think to read the reviews before I went but once I pulled in I felt uneasy because of the look of the place. I pulled up the reviews and most talk about how the don’t change the filter so I went to Valvoline to have them check everything (should’ve just gone there but this was place was closer). The guys at Valvoline checked over everything and all they did at Quick Lube was drain the oil and fill it back up. The filter was never changed but they did take the time to pull off the Valvoline sticker. Truly a waste of money considering they can’t even do their basic job.

Went in today for an oil change. The man behind the counter was very nice. Just needed an oil change. I wasn't there more than 6 minutes. Per the receipt, in that time, he had changed the oil and filter, and checked through the whole car including all of the fluids. I have a dash cam, recorded the whole thing while he was under the hood. Not one time did he pull out a single dipstick. not one time did he bring a bottle of washer fluid to the car even though it's checked "filled". When I asked if the filter was changed, he said yes. I don't know how he changed it, because it behind the engine cover that is under the motor that I know is held on by zip ties! How did you change the filter without removing my cover that I have held up by zipties, and then replace the cover, using 0 zipties? Wi

Not going back was there Friday to get oil change and I check it and it was dirty oil dark oil and smelled bad it look like Recycle oil 80 bucks was a rip off you can get your own oil for 30 bucks and the filter for 12 bucks and do it yourself

Beware of this company they run up debt and then try to slow pay the debt. I would not trust them or extend them any credit terms. Then they keep saying they mailed in payment we show nothing since October.

Would not recommend. I had seen the reviews about them not changing the oil filter and still decided to give them a chance. I have been using them this whole time. Today my car started leaking oil. When we looked under the car we realized my oil filter has NEVER been changed
