We were stuck with 1 rv stabilizer jack down. My husband did all he knew to do and we were due to leave the SP that day. You also have to know we are from Texas so we were very far from home. Lucus was on the job helping us in less than a hour from when I first called him. He was able to diagnose the problem. He was able to show my husband how to manually retract the leveling jacks and get us on our way. He was very kind and replied to my texts and was very supportive through this whole ordeal. Would I call him again...YES!

New company, young owners, poor warranty, their failed repair of $360 caused us having to replace entire roof of our travel trailer at 12 times the cost of their repair now $4500 for a new roof. Older brother Steve 27 years old was training younger brother Lucas 22 years old, 9/29/2023, repaired front rubber roof area as it was pulling from edge cost was $360. I asked about what we were to do if any problems, Steve replied I guarantee my work with a smile. We put our travel trailer in covered shelter storage for 6 months plus a few days. Upon returning from Florida 6 months and 3 weeks later, our repaired portion of roof was completely tearing back to the vent, now needing replacement. This is the review I did everything in my power to NOT write. I tried everything I could, for a long time, to make this relationship with Quick N Out work. My wife and I purchased an Airstream Interstate that had a number of issues which the dealer hid from us or flat out lied about. I consider myself pretty handy so I set to fixing what I could by myself. In the meantime, I KNEW I needed and wanted a relationship with an RV repair company in the local area but I had a hard time finding anyone worthwhile. I knew I wanted to replace the batteries with Lithium batteries, new charging system, and solar panels. I had a highly reviewed and regarded company lined up but I ended up going with Quick N Out. Their price was better up front but I, again, wanted to develop this relationship. F

I had a great experience with Lucas , he was very helpful and informative and explained everything in detail for a very reasonable price , he is very transparent on what he is doing and good at what he does . Overall we are very satisfied with the electrical and plumbing work that he did and we are now able to travel with ease knowing everything is in good condition thanks to his services .

I had to wait for his service. Then he got the wrong part, wait some more. Then the price he charged was outrageous. Normally I'm charged for a initial fee plus there hourly rate the things he added I've never seen. I never write a review but people should know ahead of time he is unrealistic high. Doesn't tell you face to face instead no worries I will bill you. One example 405.00 for diesel in his truck which was a f150 pulling a trailer I'm not going further i ended up paying a 2000.00 bill that I know should have been around a 1100.00 but no worries I paid the man and I told him he loss a customer. If you read this Lucas don't bother replying and trying to lie anymore
