Quick Quack Car Wash

Moses took great care of me today. Super friendly, quick, and made sure my car came out spotless. Really good customer service — you can tell he cares about customers. Definitely coming back because of him.

I went to this car wash sunday. Got the car washed and after i parked to dry my car and vacuum: i found that my right front bumper was damage the plastic trimming by the headlight came off lucky i was able to put it back. I reported it to one of the worker. They did an incident report. After fee days i got a denial email about the damage. They said it was pre-existing damage. Well my car is in mint condition no scratches or dings what so ever except the hood due to rock chips other than that will never find any dings, dents or any type of scratches in the whole car. I’ve been going to this car wash since i purchased the car august 2023 and it’s a 2024 model. Now i requested a copy of the investigation and the footage. They said unfortunately once the claim is denied we will no longer ass
