I had an amazing experience at this auto shop today and I'm so impressed by their honesty. I thought the air suspension in my car was broken because the ride felt extremely bumpy recently, even though there were no warning lights on my dashboard. I took my car to this shop for a diagnosis. After a thorough inspection, the technician told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car! He explained that I had accidentally activated a specific driving mode which lowers the rear of the vehicle, causing the different ride feel. This is what truly impressed me: they could have easily told me my suspension was broken and I would have believed them, as I'm not an expert. What a difference! This shop is going to be my go-to for the life of my cars. Seriously hands down, great service , beyond CLEAN and the entire team is friendly too. They communicated the time frame and replaced my brakes and rotors in timely manner. As a woman, I felt safe and trust that they were going to give me accurate info about my car. Completely recommend them.

Could not recommend this place enough! The people here, especially Junior, are exceptionally efficient, professional, and honest. Even though they usually do not service older vehicles, they still accepted our older, broken van and worked with us to find a possible repair plan. When that repair plan turned out to be too expensive for us to pay for, they were extremely patient and kind enough to let us keep the van on their lot while we worked on finding a new owner for it. They turned what could have been an absolute nightmare into a very manageable setback. While I would not wish a malfunctioning car on anybody, if you do have one, I'd bring it to Vanny's!

I called in asking about a pre-purchase inspection and Junior was so helpful really kind on the phone and just had great energy and was very positive. He definitely went above and beyond in his service and I would highly recommend working with them. If I could leave six stars I would.
