Quick Quack Car Wash

BEWARE!!! This car wash will strip the paint OFF your vehicle! I normally don’t complain or leave reviews but this is complete BS! This car wash stripped the paint of my wife’s 2015 GMC Yukon! I filed a claim with the on duty employee, never got a phone call from management, only got a email saying our vehicle is “more than 5 years old and they don’t cover general wear and tear” So if your car is over 5 years old they pretty much won’t cover and damages there car wash causes. What a complete joke and unprofessional management to not even call me to discuss the issue

I love the drive thru car wash. It’s easy to drive out to the drying area and out to the street smoothly. They always have complementary towels to get those spots off my rearview mirrors. I like to use the air blower to get the water out of my handles. Always a friendly wave grime every single employee here. Prices are reasonable and I have the family membership where you can add additional vehicles to one card/email. I do recommend this location in the Costco shopping center on Clinton Keith and Warm Springs Rd.

I recently bought a 2025 Nissans pathfinder. I had 100 miles on it when I decided to take it to quick quack for the first time (though we have been members here for 3 years with multiple vehicles) I was in the vehicle when the spin brushes deeply scratched both of my side mirrors. I immediately reported it to staff. I was notified today that my claim is declined for “insufficient evidence of negligence”. How the heck do I have more sufficient evidence than being physically present while their equipment damaged my new car. We are disappointed and will be cancelling all of our cars on the membership. This company does not take accountability for equipment malfunctions that will damage your vehicle.

All staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Big thank you to Sydney. She greeted me while I was vacuuming my car, and offered me a clean towel. Love this Quick Quack location!

This is awful car wash experience I had where I lost an attachment to my car part and the Manager and team showed no empathy nor compassion in helping me find it! I was there in the morning til night time trying to recover what was lost only to be told to come back a week later to not have it recovered they aren't thorough if you loose something there don't count on it being recovered and the Manager is rude as hell and only care about making money not the customers! Then to make matters worse not only did they not refund me my money but charge me on top of not recovering my missing and damaged item attached to my car from the car wash I'm so disappointed that they only care about the money and not me as a person!☝️🤦
