Quick Quack Car Wash

My membership and experience with Quick Quack Carwash was outstanding my kids enjoyed seeing the duck character appear up until I started having issues with a bald man whom claim to be a lead/manger. He harassed me and my family making rude statements and threatening to call the cops when I finally called him out on his poor work ethics and unsatisfactory customer service. I tried addressing the issue through customer service and was told every time the issue would be handled but never happened. I tried reaching out to any manager that would make themselves available but that never happened either. Now every time I drive by with my children they say a bad man (Sezar) works there whom will call the cops so I sadly had to cancel my membership and loose any remaining days I had available at t

I’m always satisfied when coming here to wash my car. The employees are nice and friendly. Sezar was very helpful. I never have an issue when coming here. I would recommend it to my family and friends. It’s always very clean and maintained nicely.

This is a great experience, highly recommend checking it out. Originally I purchased a membership from Monique (great customer service) ,but last night I came over to wash my car and was assisted by Daniela (she had an awesome attitude and was very friendly!!). This wash has been my favorite and its convertible friendly 😁.

Quick Quack Car Wash always delivers, but today’s visit was exceptional thanks to Monique! She greeted me with a great attitude, walked me through everything with a smile, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Her professionalism and positive energy really stood out.
