Quick Quack Car Wash

Machine stopped three times with me inside it. Edit to say the was quality was absolutely effected. My car still had dirt everywhere, got scratches upon looking closer, as well as the door to my electric port was opened by the brushes and now my car is having issues. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going if you have any type of electric/plug-in hybrid.

Fantastic location. Everyone is super helpful. Nice staff. Michael was on the ball keeping everything looking nice and working well and they have new vacuums and cool new fun kind of silly basketball hoops to toss in your used rags. Just a great business and great people!

Update: Got in touch with Michael there eventually. He had me send some pictures and then took care of it. Not an awesome experience overall, but glad they took responsibility. Went through last Friday. One of the brushes wasn't working and the one on the other side pushed so hard on my car that the charging port flew open dented the fender and then the trim piece came off. They were super nice about it when I talked to them about it, and they mentioned that someone would reach out to me the next day even though it was Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised. Saturday came around, no call. Monday came around, no call. Tuesday I call them, there is no direct line to the store and the corporate line says they won't do anything until 5 business days...

Michael is such a wonderful Manager! He and his team is always friendly and helpful. I get in and get out fast when I need a quick wash and I can always take longer out in the vacuum area when I have to do a deep clean. The air guns are great to get the nooks and crannies cleaned out!

I love quick quack car wash! Specifically this worker Sierra was very helpful and kind when signing me up for a membership. I highly recommend this car wash :)
