Amazing team. Fast, efficient, and kind. Extremely organized with getting everyone in in the correct order they arrived. JP and the girls went out of their way to have side conversations with me about liking my car — super sweet! Usually go to any place to get my oil changed, but will now make sure to continue to come back here to Havoline (and this location).

I came here for an oil change, and the experience was smooth and efficient. The staff were professional, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to push unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the whole process was finished faster than I expected. The price was reasonable, and my car feels great after the service. Overall, a reliable place for routine maintenance — I’d definitely come back.

It was super busy and you guys did such a good job with the services needed and getting everyone taken care of while giving friendly service! I was SO impressed! It almost made me forget how much I had to spend on getting my car registered. LOL You also did a good job on my oil change and even filled my tires with air!

What started out as a potentially frustrating experience quickly turned into one that will have me always coming to Saratoga Havoline Xpress Lube. My frustration was quickly recognizes and immediately addressed. This kind of customer service in this industry is rare! I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that took care of the issue; the owner or manager maybe. They gained a long term customer yesterday.

Great service! I left from work to get my emissions check done and got there few minutes late due to crazy traffic. But they were all collaborated and try to get the job done. Really appreciate the help. 👏👏👏
