Quik Smog

I had my smog test done today at Quick Smog, and it was a great experience. The whole process was very quick — I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Fernando was very helpful, went above and beyond to answer my questions, and took great care of everything. The lady at the front desk (sorry I didn’t catch your name) was very patient, helped me with the smog test and made the process easy, thank you! They offer the best price, and I would definitely recommend their services!

This was the easiest smog check I have ever done. My husband was checking various places and talked to Fernando about a coupon. He and the woman who was also working that day, handled it quickly and effectively. I highly recommend this location.

This place is a joke. I brought in my Prius with a catalytic converter shield and a valid CARB number. They did not even check it. They failed the car without doing basic verification. The technician kept bragging about his 20 years of experience while showing zero competence. Experience means nothing if you cannot follow simple procedure. Instead of doing his job, he went on a rant. Unprofessional. Lazy. Clueless. Take your car somewhere that actually knows what they are doing.

Don’t bother making an appointment to this place, they don’t honor it at all. Made an appointment and they basically ignored me for an hour. Go somewhere else. While I waited I made an appointment with Dublin auto and smog, same price, drove there and was done in 15 minutes.

Gio brother was very helpful. He immediately did my job even though he was having his lunch. He skipped it and didn’t make me wait and finished the job quickly .. thank you Gio
