Shoutout to Bobby for making my GMC Sierra purchase honestly one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. He wasn’t pushy at all — he actually listened to what I wanted, walked me through the different trim options, and explained features in a way that made sense instead of trying to “upsell” me. He was upfront about pricing, answered every question (even the small ones), and made sure I was comfortable before signing anything. The whole process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. You can tell he cares more about getting you into the right truck than just making a sale. If you’re looking for a vehicle and get the chance to work with Bobby, I 100% recommend him. I’ve never written a review before, but my experience at Quirk GM was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my brand-new truck in for a simple oil change. While it was in their care, they damaged my door and tried to cover it up with touch-up paint. Only after being confronted did they admit fault, and they agreed to fix it and give me a loaner. When the repair was supposedly done, no one even bothered to call me—I had to chase them down myself. The paint looked acceptable at first, but once I got home and washed the truck, I noticed eight chips in my window that now stand out horribly against my tinted glass. I have been privileged to frequent this wonderful establishment for a few years now as I have been leasing Buicks from them, and this— my most recent visit on the 21st— was no different: simply fantastic. Tom Ho took such exceptional care of my dad and I— and not just while we were there, but for the days/weeks beforehand incl. getting my preferred car there and ready for me (and INDOORS/showroom as the historic blizzard was on our doorstep), as well as afterwards/this week in following up to be sure I was all set. I feel very fortunate to be so well taken care of; Tom and the whole team really exceeded my expectations once again.

Went into quirk last Saturday to see about a new vehicle. I had the pleasure of having Andrew who was more than professional and extremely pleasant and easy going the entire time. He was more than patient with me while trying to figure out what I wanted. At the end he put me in a 2026 GMC Sierra which I couldn’t be happier with.
