I had to bring my 2017 chevy traverse in for a torque converter. with the plan to use my privately purchased car warranty. I was fearful that it was going to be a long-drawn-out process. However, Randy in the service department was very helpful. Very courteous had great communication skills and made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible. After the initial inspection from my warranty company it turned out we needed to replace the whole transmission., we had parts within 2 days and my car was repaired 2 days after that. Big thanks to Randy and everyone at Quirk, I truly truly appreciate your hard work in getting my vehicle done and ready for me. I will definitely bring you my vehicle back to you Guys.

The office staff is wonderful: efficient and friendly. The people with whom one leaves the car are not. A person just standing there told me to go to another person. If the original person had been busy, I would not complain, but to stand there, idly, and refuse to serve, is very off-putting.

Had a great experience with service while on a road trip. Was able to walk in and get fixed up in 1 day. Check engine light went away and car seems to be running much better 1000 miles later. Also picked me up and dropped me off to my hotel. From what I could tell they did what the manufacturer recommends for my issue and did a good job communicating the repair/what was likely wrong.
