Unlike many other reviews, my experience with Quirk Parts Depot was excellent. I placed an order for transmission bolts for my Ram 1500 on a Saturday by credit card. I didn't get a confirmation at that point and my bank showed the charge as pending. I was a little concerned so I sent an email that same day. I didn't hear anything back. I called them on Monday and I didn't get someone to talk to but I left a message. I received a text message that same day saying that they don't respond to emails or text on the weekends but they did confirm the order and within a couple days they will text me when my item will be shipped. A day later they sent me a USPS tracking number. The following day it showed my package will be received in 5 days. I actually received it in 4 days... which was b

Absolutely not telling you the truth. I order parts the 26th of December and i was chatting with the customer support almost everyday and they were convincing me couple more days,we are waiting the mnf to send the parts and today after 16 days i got this email: We regret to inform you that the part you have ordered is currently unavailable. A refund has been issued and we apologize for any inconvenience. In most cases, refunds can take up to 5 business days to post, depending on the bank involved. If there is anything we may be able to help you with please let us know. Never ever order from this site guys such a liars!!!

Ordered a part. Got sent a confirmation email saying its been shipped with a tracking #. Checked the tracking it wasnt valid. I waited a few days. Thinking well usps does suck. Emailed back saying the tracking isnt working and I havent received my package. Took them 4 days to return an email. They say we're sorry for the inconvenience we didnt ship your part. It was a mistake you got that email with tracking. I tried to call and they dont do live calls. Only texts or emails. Takes them 20min to respond. After going back and forth waiting on texts and emails for 2hrs.I requested a refund. Buyer beware. There is no direct customer service with this company!

I strongly ask people not to go to this Quirk Wholesale part Depot in Quincy. They do not respect the customers and not stand behind the warranties for whatever reasons. They have very rude and unstable director Craig. I have a FedEx business and was buying the parts for my 17 trucks most of the time from here if they have it for the last 5 years. Recently I had to change two of the batteries with warranty on them on my GMC trucks and the other two batteries for my FORD to pay. The manager Tom denied to honor the warranty on two GMC same as Craig the director. Craig was so unprofessional and does not know how to talk to a customer. I had a terrible experience with Quirkparts. I ordered a "Luggage Tray, Folding - Mitsubishi (MZ314738)" for my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, paying a total of $114.18 including shipping. However, they sent the wrong item – an A/C Compressor Suction Hose instead. When I reached out, they asked me to send photos of the labels and my VIN number, which I promptly did. It's been over a month since, and I've heard nothing back. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and customer service. This was my first time ordering from Quirkparts, and it’s likely my last. I’m still waiting for the correct item or a refund. I can’t recommend this company based on my experience.
