The workers were really nice. But the process was so slow and they need some organization. Total time from driving in to leaving was about 2.5 hours. Not quick oil change. And when I arrived there wasn’t any cars in the bays. They asked me to let another car in front of me that they said went inside so was there first- which I also did. But I assumed it would be a quick oil change. No, sat there for 2 hours waiting for that car to finish. It was painful.

I moved out to Anchorage in April, of 2024. I recently had to add transmission fluid and power steering fluid to my car, shortly after an oil change where I was told all my fluids were good and filters were just fine. I called this morning, April 7th 2025, to ask if they can look at my history to see if they've added any fluids, theyve charged me for notification fees of low fluids but told me my fluids were topped off and fine. Power steering fluid can last up to 40,000 Miles, I took my car to Midas on Friday and picked it up today and was told by the look of the oil filter it looks like it hasn't been changed in at least a year and the oil looked like it had just been topped off time to time. Oil change took 2 hours. They apologized for the long wait. Otherwise no issues.

Called randomly when I had a day off work to get an oil change. They told me they weren't busy for a little bit so I hurried over. They were already using the oil that I was going to request so that was a plus. Their staff was courteous and very informative, maybe too much but that's not a bad thing at all. They do all work in front of you as well and take pictures along the way and send you a detail report of everything about your vehicle to have for your records. I will be taking our other vehicles there in the future as well

Brian provided Great service. Trying to get an old change during tires season is a nightmare. Was in and out in less than 45 min with fresh oil and a full inspection.
