Absolutely the worst place in clemmons to get your vehicle inspected, I would not recommend them for a simple oil change. I am a 20 year diesel mechanic and brought my gmc in for an inspection. The girl working there, with the smile like Mr. Ed told me that my headlights were installed incorrectly and that they were not shinning the correct direction. This after they had already removed the rear covers and adjusted then before they came to talk to me about it failing inspection. They only do stuff like this to make extra money for an inspection, because everyone else knows not to bring their vehicles there for anything else. Avoid at all cost.

Went here because Meineke referred me since they were booked. They told me something was wrong with the emergency brake and that they couldn't do an inspection and would have to fail me. The recommended me to go to one of their shoddy partners. Which I didn't. Took to another mechanic well known, Parrish Tire. And nothing wrong with it. So, going to avoid this place. Dishonesty gets you nowhere.

I have been going to this Quik Lube for oil changes and inspections for at least ten years. I appreciate the integrity of the staff who are not high pressure and the cost is very reasonable. Typically, I’m usually in and out in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend this shop!!

Very fast, cordial staff, reasonably priced, thorough with their work and their routine inspection check. I have never had an issue with any of their work. Outstanding location to take you vehicle for service.

Took my car for inspection. I told them I had an interlock device (breathalyzer). They said they knew what they were doing and worked on them all the time. I told them not to turn the car off, they said they wouldn’t not . They then turned the car off didn’t and ask me to blow in the device. One of the guys laughed disrespectfully when I was telling them it better not violate me. Well I did catch an $45 violation. All the way around they are disrespectful. No apology from the owner or they guy that laughed when confronted the owner on his mechanics behavior. Not 1 person said hello or had a smile from the minute I drove up. I cursed them out after they continued to be disrespectful. Asked me not to come back, lol don’t worry I won’t.
