My insurance company recommended them. My car was rear ended the repair time is 3 weeks, I had no experience with repairs but I do have with polishing and detailing service, for me the repair time was excessive, and is not because they are detailing the car, not sure why took long to get the parts if most places do overnight shipping, they limited literally to the point . They won’t cover a 2 inch scratch 2 inches away from the piece that was replaced even though I asked when left my car. There was no answer I was shown an estimate but didn’t receive any documentation about repair and amount paid. The text messages and website for updates does not update daily. You paid they give you your car keys and bye, they don’t walk out to show you anything about the repair. If needed in a future wil
