I just moved to the area and found R&K based on reviews. I was impressed from my first call to make my inspection appointment to picking up my car. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the waiting room/front office is clean and has some great model cars and things in the showcases. More than that I didn't have to worry about getting home the guys brought me and offered to bring my car back later. They are welcoming and prove how good they are in what they do as well as how they treat customers. I am a forever customer!

I have lived in Eastern Suffolk County since 2015, and have asked R&K to install new tires, wheel balancing, and front end alignments on four separate times over these 10-years — most-recently on 21-October-2025. As always, Andrew and the technicians in the shop did a great job and saved me down time from work as well by performing the NYS safety & emissions inspection at the same time. Have been going to R&K for 15 years with 9 different cars; these guys are fantastic! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they take the time to explain the exact issues and offer various options. I brought my 80’s Porsches and BMW to them, but they also handle modern cars both foreign and domestic. The pricing is certainly competitive given the level of service. They have never let me down!

I started going to R&K for about a year now and they’ve worked on a few vehicles within that time including my son and fiancé‘s trucks. And no matter what, every time they were always able to help me with any issues that came up. There was no job too small or big. everyone at the shop are awesome very nice and respectful and have great morals and not to mention honesty and good quality work. I always felt comfortable with them working on my vehicles and knew that the job will come out great every time. Andrew is great to work with very respectful, honest and trustworthy and never did me wrong just genuinely a very nice guy. And all the guys in the back are also great hard-working people. I will be definitely continuing my business with them and I highly recommend them.
