Jason was exceptional!! He was so very professional, courteous, friendly and considerate. If I ever needed towing services again, I would definitely ask for him. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needed Triple A services as well. This is the second time in all the years that I have had Triple A that I had had to request towing services. And everyone I spoke with today was professional, courteous and very friendly. They let me up to date on the arrival of the Tow Truck arrival and made sure that I was in a safe environment. Great experience! Your representative showed up within 45 min, easily troubleshooted the issue and fixed it on the spot. He was communicative along the way which was also very helpful. Thank you! He actually repaired my tire, not changed it!

Great service, very nice driver. My car was stuck in the sand and they used a winch to pull me about 100 feet. Took about 45 minutes. $850.00 justifies a one star deduction. Also odd that they have over 1,000 reviews and all are 5 star.

Jason "Jay", my rescuer, was wonderful!! He came faster than expected and was professional, patient, congenial and compassionate. Mom and I needed to be towed from Riverhead to East Northport and he was pleasantly chatting with us the whole way. He helped us in and out of the truck and made the whole process far less stressful than I had anticipated. Such a good guy!!!

Had car trouble late Friday evening, contacted AAA and Rapid Recovery arrived. Jayden was great, service with a smile and great attitude even in the blistering cold conditions.
