I had the friendliest experience here at R&S West last night. The minute I walked in, Phil was helping me out— letting me sit on bikes and helping me decide which bike may be the best fit for me. I ended up leaving with a Ninja 500 😸. The financing process was smooth thanks to Hannah and the rest of the team. Everyone was extremely helpful, I recommend visiting the store as they gave me amazing pointers and help.

I’ve purchased 4-5 motorcycles from Marshall at this Dealership. Every time they make the process fun and easy! The parts department is always able to answer my questions and get me taken care of. Service department can almost always get my tires changed same day when I set up an appointment. All around a fantastic experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Yesterday I bought a helmet for children it has the labels and this in its original bag it was never used because it is not the size, I have the receipt where it does not have 24 hours of purchase and it is an item of more than 100 dlls and they did not want to change it for a larger size and pay the difference, they say they recommend bringing the child before buying the helmet but no one recommended anything to me and I was attended by two employees. I'm not looking for my money, just a bigger measure .Your excuse is for security, they can't change it ,I asked to talk to the manager and I just told him that you can't, I asked to speak in person with the manager again and when he attended me with a smile he said no, but they could sell me a helmet of the right size if I liked, a lot of ch

Marshall was great as well as the newly hired manager at the RandS west location! Just bought my second ktm 350xcf and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I am grateful for that.
